MAHA offers young talents practical insights into technical professions and exciting training opportunities. With the M+E InfoTruck, which visited the company premises from February 11th to 13th this year, students experienced technology up close and discovered their interest in careers in the metal and electrical industry. As one of the largest training companies in the Bavarian Allgaeu region, MAHA offers promising career prospects with twelve apprenticeships and dual study programs.
Haldenwang, 14th February 2025. A successful career starts with the right decision. This is precisely where MAHA, one of the leading manufacturers of vehicle testing and lifting technology, comes in. With a diverse training program, the company offers young people optimal career opportunities – from day one.
To make career orientation easier, MAHA focuses on practical experience: The M+E InfoTruck visited the company premises for the fourth time and was on-site from February 11th to 13th this year. Here, students had the opportunity to experience firsthand how a CNC machine is programmed or how modern robot-assisted technology works. A special highlight: MAHA apprentices were present as contacts, providing valuable insights into their daily work. This made technology come to life – and sparked interest in a training program at MAHA.
'A good start is half the success' – following this guiding principle, MAHA invests specifically in the development of young talents. The company offers apprenticeships in twelve different professions, including technical, commercial, logistics, and IT professions, as well as dual study programs. Each year, around 20 young individuals begin their careers at MAHA, receiving intensive support from a dedicated team of trainers.
Erwin Kling, Head of Industrial Training at MAHA, was enthusiastic: 'I greatly appreciate being able to offer an exciting and innovative concept with the M+E Truck. It gives young people the opportunity to explore the diversity and exciting prospects of the metal and electrical industry. '
Those who want to learn more about the wide range of career opportunities can meet MAHA at regional training fairs. A highlight this spring is Girls' Day on April 3rd, 2025, where technology-enthusiastic girls can experience the company up close.
We look forward to welcoming everyone who is curious about MAHA – and the people behind our innovative technology.
